Jurg (Bill) Mattman is the nation's leading expert in special event security and risk management. He was selected to design and implement security for the 1984 Olympic Torch Relay, the mega fund-raising effort Hands Across America, and the 1990/91 fifty-state tour of the Bill-of-Rights. He has conducted seminars on special event risk assessment throughout the United States and is a frequent speaker on the subjects of crowd management and special event risk management.
